Intro to Touch for Health

This is not a prerequisite for Touch for Health Level 1. In this four-hour workshop you will be introduced to muscle testing. You will learn three pain relief techniques, how to enhance the brain/body connection, Cross Crawl Integration, how to do a neurolymphatic massage, auricular treatment for releasing neck pain, Emotional Stress Release technique and more.

Hand’s on techniques you will be able to implement immediately!

Pain Busters 101

Pain Busters 101 is a 4-hour workshop that teaches practical techniques for quick and easy pain relief. If you’re looking for more advanced pain relief techniques and you’ve already taken Touch for Health Level 1, scroll down to “Advanced Pain Busters.”

Advanced Pain Busters
