When nine different food allergies were discovered in my toddler son through muscle testing, I felt overwhelmed—and desperate for answers.
At the same time, eight years into my career as a deep tissue massage therapist, my own body was breaking down. I was faced with a painful reality:
walk away from the work I loved… or find another way.
What I discovered changed everything.
Specialized Kinesiology gave me a path forward.
Not only was I able to continue my career—I began helping my clients achieve deep, lasting results using gentle, effective techniques.
And my son?
Today, he runs a successful psychotherapy practice and has a beautiful family of his own.
That experience shaped my mission.

The energy kinesiology model recognizes that the physical, emotional, and biochemical aspects of the body are deeply interconnected—imbalance in one area inevitably impacts the others. This holistic approach supports the whole person, not just isolated symptoms.
Most often, your clients will play an active role in their healing session. You’ll teach them to notice what they’re feeling and give you feedback. Occasionally, you may send them home with handouts explaining techniques they can use to support their health between sessions.
