Easy Liver Cleanse
Blender mix the following organic ingredients
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 peeled grapefruit
- 2 tsp virgin olive oil
- 1 thumb knob size raw ginger root
- 3 cloves of garlic – start with one clove day 1 and progress to 2 cloves the next day and then 3 a day for the remaining 8 days.
- 2 cups pure water, or as desired
Thoroughly blend and drink before breakfast. Drink daily for 10 days.
Avoid sugar, fried foods, alcohol, excessive caffeine and over eating during cleanse. Drink plenty of pure water and get lots of rest. Do not over exercise during cleanse.
Note: Not recommended if you are nursing, pregnant, menstruating or experiencing excessive adrenal fatigue.
